I am a Plumbing and heating engineer. Take on a fair bit of refurb work and am also about to decorate my own house. What is the best Matt Emulsion to buy. Was told Letland Hardwearing by my painter as it’s washable .... but Dulux is more readily available. Been told only touch Dulux trade paint. Is the basic retail and Easycare no good? Thanks
