I've removed the four screws holding this cover in place but can't get any further. There seems to be something still holding the cover in place. Any idea how I can release the cover?

I finally found the answer.
Screw the bottom two screws back in, but only a couple turns.
Push firmly on the screws and the bottom part will pop out.
It goes back togther easily.
