Earth wire conduit

I need to dig a channel through concrete to put in a 20mm conduit for an earth wire through my hallway.

What tool can I use to dig this channel, however, needing also to avoid current wires and pipes under the concrete?

Help please!

Cold chisel and club hammer would do - use eyes to check for existing cable/pipe runs (horizontal and vertical from sockets etc) - could also get a stud/cable detector but not always 100% accurate!
