Have a 1mx1.2m window pane between the pantry and a small room we use as kids' playing area. the window pane has fairly old timber frame that looks quite out of place since I got the small room's windows replaced with PVC double glazed ones.

Was wondering if there is a quick/cheap/easy way to cover the entire frame with PVC panelling?.

Thanks.

Just to make things clear, are you wanting to cover just the timber frame or the entire window glass include?
A local window company should be able to supply cover strips of varying widths which you may be able to use, glueing on probably would be best although the finished look will depend on the section of the window itself. As wingcoax said it would probably be better to replace.
If you want to cover the entire window (which I don't think is what you are asking) use mdf and paint.
