Eco-Joists- anyone here used them?

Thanks all for that, seems that the only spacing advantage is down to the wider section & that's minimal. Do have an en-suite in the larger bedroom and an adjoining bathroom. I may use them for the longest span, that or 9x3 joists specified, which will probably have a detrimental effect on the family jewels.
Doesn't the building trade get more interesting daily.

We build and sell houses for a living.
We have been using posi joists for the last ten years. Would never go back to solid joists.
Posi joists normally have a 75 or 100mm top and bottom section width, depending on span..
Throw joists up at 600 centres and bump out floor with peel clean caber deck 22mm chipboard P5. Stick and screw as instructions. Tape joints and screw holes. This will give you 42 days inclement weather protection.
Beam fill and build all internal blockwork of off caber deck. No working overhand, except for plate lift.
Use 15mm plasterboard and with 22mm caber floor will give you 42db which complies with BR acoustics.
Run Stanley knife round, lift peel clean after painter leaving pristine floor.
Do not forget your strong backs. Use speedy minor or similar for noggins under timber partitions.
