ecomax diverter valve changed/fan not working

as title. the boiler is a vaillant ecomax 824. i had low heat on hot water and rads warm with ch turned off. changed the diverter valve and now the fan won't fire up and theres no hot water. any idea what it could be??

just to add the valve was changed by my daughters boyfriend who is a qualified plumber

this morning the boiler is showing an f32 code

PCB affected by water after diverter change possibly.

i will book a fixed price repair with vaillant i think. i think he got water on the pcp on the bottom of the fan
