Edge tabs

Every now and again, my Edge browser opens without the nine tabs I have set and always use every day. Admittedly, a box appears to restore all the tabs, but is there some way I can ensure that the browser opens with all the tabs whenever I open it?
Yes, I know it's only a minor problem, but why do they do it?

It will be in your settings (the three little dots in the top right) - then click on the Start, home, and new tabs setting.

Thanks. I have looked and the tabs are all listed as before.
Nothing to suggest anything is wrong. I shall just hope that the usual button comes up to restore the saved tabs next time.
