i have a renault scenic 04 plate and the front door window went down but not back up i can hear a noise but nothink is working how do i get at the unit to see what has happened is it a cable or mecanical arms hope it can be sorted be you clever guys thanks barry

Hi Barry,
You will have to remove the door inner panel to gain access to the winding mechanism, a Haynes Manual will come in handy.
