I have an aluminium garage roller door which uses the Sompfy control system. I'm finding that it will work OK for a couple of days and then will stop going down and have to be shut by pressing the remote button which causes it to drop by about 6 inches, and repeating that until it's back on the ground. I then have to wind it up for about an inch manually after which it will work for a few raises and drops. Then it will stop as before and I have to repeat the process. Anyone have any idea what the issue is. I have already replaced the safety-edge transmitter battery.
