Hi i have an electric hob that requires installing, the rating on the hob is 6000w looking at a table of current capacites for cables it states up to 6000w 25a 4mm2 is ok (6000w/230a)=26a!!
would i get away with 4mm2 or should i use 6mm2?
The circuit is already there protected by a 30a cb
the connection i need is just from the hob unit into the cooker conection on the wall 2m length thanks
