Electric Ladder style towel rail

I bought 2 of these about 2 years ago with thermostats fitted (adjustable, not pre set).
I am after another one know & seem to be having problems with what I am after.
I see separate thermostats & lots of towel rails, is the idea to fit the thermostat in the rad yourself now?

I am after:
Electric only
Chrome
400/450 wide
600/750 high.
This is for a small cloakroom.

SNM, Been on that site.
Last 2 are SS are & a leg.
Link one I cant see the size I want with t/stat.
I think I will send them an email with my spec.
