Im gutting my lounge, in the lounge is two bow windows which will have lights(table lights) in them....rather than have cables dangling down going to a outlet in the wall....is it possible to fit a electrical socket into the sill?

    If you want.

As you are gutting, why not bury the cables?

    On the window sill?
Not planning on ever having vases with water in on the window sill or ever getting condensation on the windows then?

    There are floor sockets.
