their are a few but the lower the pressure etc the lower the performance from the shower.
i'd be more inclined to go for a tank fed electric shower in your situation.
and still get the performance due to the inbuilt pump.

I can't really do anything about the pressure, it's in my parents flat - no room for pumps or header tanks, I've asked them to ask the tennants assoc if anything can be done about it but not building up any hopes!
