Electric shower getting colder should I change for mixer

My electric shower theremostat is getting nearer the 5 o'clock postion when it was first put in it was about the 1 o'clock and feel its getting passed it. Then today it tripped. I reset it and it worked again. But wonder if it is time to replace it and if so do I go for another electic or fit a mixer. 2 of us in household 1 shower each per day maybe 2 if we been working extra hard!! Combi system boiler and shower on same level.

Also since I'm asking would I put a mixer or electric up the stair when I add a bathroom.

mixer showers are better than electric showers, but if you have a combi boiler then i recommend electric shower because when your combi breaksdown electric shower will be very useful.
