Electric Shower; only cold water

My electric shower (Mira Elite 8.5kw) cut out and tripped all power. When I reset it it worked but the water is not heating at all since. We have a lot of lime in the water in our area and have had problems with the shower head clogging before. Is the shower done for or can it be repaired short-term? Thanks in advance for any suggestions..

Give mira a call if shower still under guarantee, they are usually pretty good, but call them anyway for tech advice.
