Quick question for the plumbers.
I need to run a mains fed water supply for an electric shower.
Any probs with branching into the mains feed going to the cold water storage cistern in the loft?
The bathrooms on the floor below, but i'm thinking if i can branch in , then i can take the shower feed underneath the floor into the bathroom.

Cheers

You will have to branch off the mains somewhere, so why not branch off the mains to the cold water tank.

yep that's fine, i would though put in a singgle check valve just after the T on the shower feed, only cost a couple of quid and no time to fit
