Neither of the electric towel rails in my bathroom and ensuite work. We have not tried to switch them on until now after moving in months ago. I have checked the wiring and there is power to the appliances from the fused spurs. They are fairly new as the bathrooms were fitted less than 3 years ago. Could both elements have failed?
