Electric underfloor heating underlay help

I am fitting laminate flooring and want to fit electric underfloor heating mat.

Just wanted to know if i can use this underlay or do i need to use something else?

No way to tell since you haven't identified the heating system you plan to use. Your first step is to get hold of the installation instructions for the system you plan to use and see what it says about underlay.
If it doesn't, or if you have any doubt, then contact the heating system manufacturer for advice.

You will need something to provide some flexibility, otherwise there will be high pressures on the heating wires as they'll be supporting the laminate with a gap everywhere else. Underlay will provide the flexibility to accommodate the wires, while still supporting the laminate over a wide area.
