Electric Water Boiler

There is a crack at the bottom of our hot water boiler and we've been told it needs replacing. Does anyone know how much something like this should cost? Are there now more modern replacements for this kind of thing?

It's a cylinder, not a boiler... this is a modern unit, probably no more than ten years old, should have a 25-year warranty assuming it's been maintained as per the manufacturers instructors
