Electrical Range Top Connection

I am connecting a new range top that has a red, black, white and bare wire. The supply box only has a white, black and bare wire??

Can it be connected as is?

I think you'll find that the range top is designed to fit into a 230v receptacle, whereas the supply box you have is only wired for 110v. You'd be best to get a local electrician in to check it out.
