Hi all, I'm after some advice. Im in the process of building a house and the electrician has given me two options for running the supply to the garage/summerhouse.
I have 30m of 10mm SWA that I purchased from marketplace in order to run a connection to my garage and summerhouse. My garage has a 7Kw EV Charger, solar/battery and the usual sockets/lights.
My summerhouse has a 32a hottub and sockets/lights.
My electrician has given me 2 options, use the 10mm SWA I have and run 2x circuits direct from my CU or run a 16mm SWA from the box directly to the garage (using a dedicated fuse unit and Henley blocks).
I'm just after some advice as i want to do it right but also keeping in mind budget. Thanks.
P.S Just to be clear, I will not be doing the work, just running the cables through ductwork along with the cat cables for CT clamps.
