electrical underfloor heating!

Hi there,

how easy is it to lay this type of underfloor heating?

Is there any do's and don'ts? Obviously don't cut the cable lol!

possibly devilwarm and it's going in the bathroom.

basically the do's are the following

ensure your new installation will comply with BS7671

inform your local authority that you are planning on doing the work

If i got an electrician to do it, would I need to inform the council?

not if they were suitabally qualified and the member of a competent persons scheme, this kind of job is not really cost effective to do as DIY work, there are alot of other aspects to consider when working in a bathroom and the work is notifiable.
