Hey, DESL, I'm sort of in the same boat. I live on Canvey and have 2360 parts 1 and 2 (3 years) and am also looking to learn house-bashing.
I currently work 4nights on 4 days off (IT) and was looking for something to do on these days off .

Hi did on the first rewire he helped on but luckily I spotted it on the second pendant along with red instead of brown sleeving.

He did take time to get used to new colours especially on 3P and 2 way switches. But that was off set by the speed he can terminate SWA.

We've learned a lot from each other with the mix of his experience and my knowledge.
