my electrolux eob976 oven`s fan will not turn round when switched on ,it seems to be trying, but i can turn it with my hand when turned off.

If the fan has the correct supply to it & you can spin it freely(ie not caked in grease) then it would suggest you need a new fan http://www.espares.co.uk/
