email problem

hello everyone,first off may i apologise here and now for any terminology mistakes(i'm not exactly a p.c. genius),but here goes,
now and again i receive emails with attatchments,the emails i can read with no problems,however,when i try to open the attatchments i keep getting a small window open up with: microsoft visual c++ runtime library

X runtime error

program:c:\program files\microsoft office\office 10\ WINWORD.EXE

abnormal program termination

any help in resolving this issue will be gratefully appreciated

I would say you need to reinstall microsoft word as it looks like your pc is having trouble opening/finding it
