Emersion heater foam insulation repair

I have an emersion heater which is working really well. However. We have been storing items in the cupboard. So for has be knock many times. I've notice a patch that goes down to the copper. My question.
Is the a spay foam or simular I can repair it with? I assume it's losing heat from areas of the damaged foam.
