Going to start on my en suite shortly. Dont want to go the whole wet room route as too costly/ difficult. I intend replacing the existing tray with a larger one and have a walk in shower in an alcove so 3 walls tiled and and open end to walk in (no door). Although there will be a reasonable distance between the shower head and the opening I do anticipate some splashing into the non shower side. Now for the question, can anyone suggest flooring which will be relatively non slip and resist a bit of water for the non shower area. Not keen on using tiles as spent a fortune on proper adhesive for wooden floor but it still got cracked tiles in my previous house. reasearched all the option but still unsure. anyone any suggestions.
ps. No loo in there only a basin so no problems with wetting loo paper etc.
Thanks

You should consider vinyl cushionflooring....

nearly all have a non slip finish - usually R10
prices vary from around £10 per sq m upwards (plus fitting)
