How far apart would the set of pipes be for this to work effectively?
When using a dual pipe clip, can I be sure that I have the right distance apart to use a cross over?

Or get the pipe bender out
Sorry, pipe bender is a dirty word to plastic plumbing users

Thanks @dilalio. This schematic suggests that the second pipe (the one we are jumping over) needs to be around 5 cm away from the end of the tee it's connected to (on top pipe). This will mean that I can't use these as they are too close together:

I will use the single clips and space them accordingly.

Or you can use single clips connected together in a 3 of 4 to give you the span you need... Just break the talon off the unused ones (ie Talon clips can be clipped together using the slots on the sides) and the straps broken off for aesthetics or left on and clipped down for strength.
