Hello
My Powermax boiler is not working - I have no heating or hot water the green burner light is not coming on and it sounds like it isn't igniting inside, an engineer called round and has said that the only way to get into the boiler is from the top?
I live in a fairly new house - 7 years and the boiler has been situated in a cupboard with a shelf across the top on which sits a small tank. He is saying that he will need to move the tank out in order to get access to the boiler is this right? It just seems strange that the builders would set it up like this if it stops access to the boiler, unless the builders didn't have a clue.
I just thought I would get some other opninions as to if this is right before I pay out a lot of money
