envelope printing software

can anyone recommend some free software that I can use to print a C5 envelope [A5 size]

Must be easy to use!!


I have tried MS Word to do it but I cant get it to print in the centre of the envelope, and its driving me nuts!!

What version MS Word have you? 2002 has a wizard that makes it dead easy, under Tools/letters and mailing/ envelopes tab.

you get a preview, just choose the correct envelope size and use the arrows to align the address wherevever you want it to be.

I have sorted it

I have MS 2003, and set the page to A5, landscape, then altered the margins so that the text fits in the middle of the page where I want it

You can do it much easier than this. if you go to Tools > Letters and Mailings >Envelopes and Labels you just select the envelope size you require and hey presto.
