Been quoted £1850 total for single storey side extension of around 21 m2 and a similar m2 for 1st floor. Both flat roofs and both with an epdm type membrane. Is this competive?

Property is a Dutch bungalow style two up two down. The top 1st floor roof is easily accessed from the side single storey roof.
