I have purchased an Erbauer ERB337TCB to cut 60cm x 60cm Porcelain Tiles after reading good reviews. I am using the blade supplied with the machine but cut is disappointing. 1 - 2 mm chipping along the cut.
Anybody had a similar experience? Would replacing the blade improve things or should I return it?

might well be more down to the porcelain, but its a common issue with watercooled cutters. Try to go slow and not push it through.

if your doing straight cuts you may well be better off with a dry cutter such as a RUBI TX700

blade change is unlikely to make a big difference.

Your cut edge will be sealed won't it? You won't see it.

That's what I was thinking ..

A cut edge is normally against another tile, (or something else) which is normally grouted or siliconed, or both, or up against a edging trim.

Edit: I have the same issue (well I say issue but it isn't for me) when cutting porcelclan on a wet cut but because of what I said above, it shouldn't be a problem.
