My wife has a couple of properties she rents out. There’s a river bed runs along the back of one of the properties( ex council ). Property at the back garden has approximately a 8 metre sized garden.

Neighbouring from the garden is the banking, and there’s a pipe that sticks of the end of the banking, and the water that comes out of the pipe, flows down the river bed. It seems to be corroding the banking away.

For the rest of the street, the banking is further out, and there’s a u shape comes into ours and goes back out. We have no trees in, obviously in the u shape due to the corrosion. The rest of the street, their banking is level all with trees.

Don’t know where to begin, or what to even do about this ? Who should we contact about this, not only are we concerned for the property, it’s obviously having an effect on the surrounding environment.
Anyone any ideas ?

I am yes. Wee blonde moment there
I was watching homes from hell last night, and it got me thinking about it. I've always had mixed signals about it from different people, but rencently my gardener stated it's cause for concern.

The new neighbour when buying his property, had it looked at, and whoever it was, that looked at it, disagreed.
