error message about spyware

I have a error on my destop page saying security warning an erroe in the IE has occured at 0028:c0011E36min vxdvmm(01) error was caused by trogan-spy HTML.sm,fraud.c

How do i get shot of this, i have tryed spydot and other programs and they arent working.
