Euromini and SD1+ dailer

My elderly neighbour asked me to check his alarm because his dailer not working since he changed broadband providers. He said open reach came out and changed his master socket.

Opened the socket up which is a BT mk2 and it only orange and white connected from outside but the cable from the dailer is just bunched together.

Can anyone tell me which wires need to be reconnected for the dailer to work and where they go please.

Also he wants to disable a sensor but can't get into engineers menu.

I tried code + D but can't omit zone 2.

The connection in the master socket is 2 and 5
You need to find out what colour wires are connected to the dialler phone connection and connect them to 2 and 5. You may also require a broad band filter for the dialler ?

If you can not omit a zone with your master user code then zone omit has not been set up in the engineer programming.you will need the engineer code to change zone set up for omit.
You could temporarily cover the sensor over to sort the omit.This is not ideal

Thanks il pop round later with some masking tape and check which colours are used on the dailer.

I remember Orange and white from dailer are connected to the panel to bell terminal. Alarm has been installed since 2010 but never had any maintenance. Assuming battery will need replacing soon too but I don't have a volt meter.
