Expanding foam cheapest/only/best option?

I want to seal the gaps between the roof and walls of my garage.

The previous owner has already used expanding foam in many areas.

I was about to attempt to fill in the rest of the gaps but just wondering if there are other methods?


It seems that some some of the old expanding foam has shrunk a wee bit. Must I remove it before using the new or can I go over it?

You can go over it , don’t forget to wet first and use can upside down.
