Expanding foam on frame

Hi,

Just wondered if there was a product or tip for removing expanding foam yellow stains from white PVC window frames?

I've tried the cream cleaner followed by solvent cleaner but it's not shifting it unfortunately.

Does petrol do it?

Hmmmm possibly.... not sure, haven't tried it.

Would probably take the sheen off the surface.
