Expanding silicone sealant?

Hi all,

Feels most relevant in the ‘Building’ section. Is there such a thing as expanding silicone sealant, or a.n.other waterproof sealant? Basically waterproof properties of silicone with gap filling of foam? We live in a flood resistant property and need to make a soil pipe penetration below the ‘protected line’ and want to make sure that it absolutely keeps any water out! If not then a combination of silicone and mortar might do it?

You might as well try and mix Rangers and Celtic fans.

However, stuff like ex-foam does like water as do some polymer adhesive/sealants.
