Looking to replace my Front Door.
Apart from getting one made anyone know where I can get this or slightly bigger than can be cut down

If it's a Victorian door or similar, try a reclamation yard.
You may also be able to find what you're looking for on eBay.

No its not Victorian. I have found doors that are about 32mm to wide so I think that may be ok.

It depends on the door construction. Normally taking 16mm off each side will leave you with a door where the stiles look a bit narrow, but you may find that the tenon wedges need to be replaced when you make such a deep cut. What does the manufacturer say?

I make that about a 29" door, is that right?

30" is the next nearest common size.

is the old door a tight fit in the frame?

The current door is a nice fit.
