Extending balanced flue outlet

Hi, building a porch the requires me to extend the length of the balanced flue out of the back of the Worcester heatslave oil boiler. (horizontal flue)
It also needs a kick of about 30 degrees.
How is it done and what do I need please ?
 
Flue alterations can affect the combustion.
