Extending these CH pipes for towel radiator (pics)

Hi,

I am wanting to fit a small towel rail in my bathroom. The bottom of the towel rail will be approx 12" above the value covers on the photo below.

I am wanting to extend the CH pipes vertical behind the wall and then for them to come out of the wall just under the towel radiator to be connected to the rad via angled valves.

My question is how do I extend the pipe on the left (second photo)? Looks as though it comes up in 15mm copper to a Tee. Then each pipe off the tee is in 10mm microbore. There isn't any play in the pipe either.

The right hand valve should be ok as there is plenty of 15mm I can tap into.

You need to remove the T and turn it so it points straight up.

you need to unsweat the fitting easy if you know how not so if you are new to soldering.
