I live in a semi and the Kitchen is very narrow.
I am looking to add an extension to the side of the kitchen where currently there is a car port.
I was thinking of a 10ft long by 7ft wide Brick built extension with the adjoining wall of approx 6ft knocked through, I also would probably put French doors on the back and a single on the front.
We are unsure wether or not to have a pitched roof or a plastic roof like a conservatory.
Does anyone have any tips as to how much a project such as this should cost and also where to start planning?
