Im in the process of submitting an application for permitted development for an extension of 6m.

The height of the eaves is 3m, no parapet wall.

I want to fit lantern type roof lights, which sit on a woodern frame and which will extent upwards some 400mm at a guess.

I know that the eaves must not exceed 3m and the roof must not exceed 4m, is there any limitation on the use of lantern type windows / rooflights?
