Just getting a quote from a painter to paint the rendered outside faces of the house.
He said he could do Dulux trade, or Johnsons trade, which is half the price of Dulux.
My question is - With exterior paint, do you get what you pay for ie will the Dulux last longer?
The painter said if it was a new first coat on new render he'd definitely recommend using the dulux trade exeterior, but as he would be going over previous paint, it's only cosmetic so the cheaper johnsons trade exterior would be ok.
i would appreciate any other professional's opinions please.
