Exterior filler?

Hi Guys

I need to fill and re-paint a stone exterior window cill. Most of the exsisting paintwork is fine but there are few areas where the paint has chipped off exposing the stone. What is a good exterior filler which will adhere to the stone ok? Also, will it need PVA first?

Toupret TOUPRELITH F masonry filler.

Had my limestone cills repaired a few months ago and that's what the builders were using.

Tetrion exterior filler is also good if you cannot get the Toupret.
