The back one storey extension desperately needs a lick of paint. It's rendered with a very light swirl pattern. There are a few cracks that I have repaired.

So, I think I need a textured type exterior paint which will hopefully blend some of the repairs in and be hard wearing. Will just be a magnolia type colour.

Any recommendations?

Ok..I had done a bit of reading and was looking at...

Johnstones Sterlising Wash for all the walls
Zinsser Bullseye for the spot priming/stabilising
Johnstones Pliolite Masonry paint or maybe just normal Johnstones Stormsheild

Would sandtex trade be a good alternative then?

More reading and been told I don't need to bother with any primer or stabiliser..so...

Sterlising wash and good clean followed by johnstones Pliolite?

Anyone aware of any problems with that?
