Hi guys,

Im trying to find out the ins and outs of locating an external boiler.

The boiler will be part of an oil fired heating system. The questions Im guessing are something building control could tell me, but thaught id get a heads up on here first....

How far from an opening window / door does it need to be?

How far from an Air venting Brick in a wall does it need to be?

How far from niebouring property does it need to be?

How far from property boundary does it need to be?

How close from the actual Oil store can it be, minimum and max distances would be nice???

Many thanks in Advance

Go to a web site such as Worcester or the manufacturer of the boiler you want to buy and download the appropriate boiler installation manual, doesnt have to be the exact model as all the flue positioning , ventilation etc should be in the installation manual. and is pretty generic or just phone them, techinal guys usually answer any question......... usually
