External Building - Ventilation Required ?

Hi,

January work is starting on my external building / office.

The building will be 24ft in length 8ft width, I've decided on a flat roof.

The building will be made with a "SOLID DENSE BLOCK 100MM 7.3N" double layer with "50MM CAVITY WALL BOARD INSULATION".

Would I need any ventilation, for example an air brick ? any advice would be really appreciated.

All buildings require ventilation of one type or another, windows will have trickle vents etc
