External vent grill with louvre shutter/s and magnet

Hi,

I'm looking for an external grill for an extractor fan and all I can find is shutters that close due to gravity (e.g. http://www.justfans.co.uk/air-louvre-shutters-xlg-p-295.html). Has anyone seen something that also has a magnet (or similar fixing/device) to stop the shutters opening in the wind.

You can buy fans that open/close when switched on/off, that way any ordinary external louvred vent can be used.

I was more concerned with the noise of the louvers 'flapping' in the wind. This was really annoying in my previous house. The fan I'm using will be an inline fan in the loft so this wouldn't really work.

A magnet strong enough to stop flapping in the wind would also be strong enough to keep flap closed when fan ran.
Just fit a cowl to vent.
