Hi all
I'm after some help with an extractor fan.... the ducting in the attic had a bit of a dip in it and therefore water had collected in it, in an attempt to move the water back down through the fan out into the base of the shower it went against the one way fan..... I think this has now stopped it working. Does anyone know a quick fix, can I unscrew the cover on the fan unit and reset something?
Thanks for any help, as you can probably tell I'm a bit of an amateur!

Is the fan fed from a switched fused connector? if so, you may have only blown the fuse. But then you may have blown either the motor or the circuit board. You need someone who knows what they are doing to have a look.

You should have left it turned on and let evaporation clear the water, you have probably blown the fan motor and require replacement.
